Stella Fong's culinary career began with teaching cooking classes in the San Diego area and writing for newspapers and magazines, including Cooking Light. A Billings resident since 1999, she continues to teach food and wine classes. Stella earned a wine professional certification from the Culinary Institute of America in 2008.
